To qualify for Kitchen Kudos promotions you must be a registered operator member of the Kitchen Kudos program. The Kitchen Kudos program promotions cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts on DOLE SOFT SERVE®, Frostline® Frozen Treat, Sqwincher® or Foothill Farms®  product purchases. At this time, national chains/franchises do not qualify for the program.

The Kitchen Kudos program reserves the right to determine eligibility and final payouts for all participants. 

Unless stated otherwise, all proof-of-purchase data for the Kitchen Kudos promotions must be submitted within 30 days of the final end-date for the promotion.
